The Parish Church of Barming Heath, east of Barming has a fairly traditional style of service with a service specially designed for families once a month.
St Margaret, the parish church of Barming, is a Norman church situated near the River Medway off Church Lane.
The Church of St Michael and All Angels is on the Tonbridge Road, roughly halfway between Maidstone and Barming Heath.
Sited in Allington, a short distance from the A20 London Road up Poplar Grove, St Nicholas is a vibrant parish church with services on Sunday and Mid-week to cater for all ages and traditions. The church also runs after-school clubs at two of the schools in the parish.
The Roman Catholic Parish of St Francis covers a wide area around Maidstone. The main centre of worship is the church of St Francis on Week Street in Maidstone Town Centre.
Allington Baptist Church is located on the A20 London Road, near the junction with Queens Road.
Maidstone Baptist Church is to be found on Knightrider Street near Maidstone Town Centre.
Tonbridge Road Methodist Church is part of the Maidstone Methodist Circuit. It can be found on Tonbridge Road, just west of Maidstone Town Centre.
Its partner, Union Street Methodist Church is in the town centre.
Maidstone URC's church building is set back from Week Street in Maidstone Town Centre. The church welcomes people of all ages; and reach into and help with the needs of the community.
Part of Manna Christian Fellowship (a family of five churches serving the kingdom of God in and around Maidstone), Fant Community Church on Fant Lane in Barming is a vibrant and dynamic church that is in fellowship with Assemblies of God UK, itself part of the Pentecostal movement.
